Liberal Democracies invent all kinds of dangerous weapons  then sell them to nations they want to teach democracy to. Should my opinion ever count for something, I would counsel for a serious education programme in the manufacturing of weapons; the more dangerous, the better. Once we start selling those weapons to other Nations, Africa will be on her way to demonstrating her democratic credentials. Anzman Diabate
